Click & Collect

For collection from our shop in Tavistock, please select the Click & Collect shipping option at checkout. Collection will be from our shop in Tavistock and we will contact you via e-mail (after your initial confirmation email) once your order is ready for collection.

Please only select this option if you can collect from our shop in Tavistock. If you choose this option and cannot collect, your order will be cancelled and refunded.


We charge a flat delivery rate of £3.99 per order. We aim to process and dispatch your order within 2 working days (not including weekends or Bank Holidays) and your order will be dispatched using Royal Mail so please allow 3 - 5 working days for it to arrive.

Depending on the weight of your parcel, it may be necessary to dispatch your order using a courier. If this is the case, you will recieve a tracking number in your dispatch notification email so that you can see exactly where your order is. Again, please allow 3 - 5 working days for it to arrive.

We offer free shipping on orders over £60.

Please note that due to COVID19 there may be delays within the Royal Mail service. 

We currently only ship to UK addresses.


We hope that you love your purchases from us, however, if you are unsatisfied you have 14 days to return your item/s. The items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. We do not accept returns of cut fabric, remnants or reduced items. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping unless the items you recieved were sent in our error. Once the return has been recieved and processed, your refund will be credited to your account and be with you in a number of days, depending on your card issuer policies.

Lost Parcels

It is very rare that a parcel will go missing so we advise that you wait the specified number of days by Royal Mail before making contact with us. We will be able to provide you with our proof of postage.
